To simplify this process, I've created a Google Sheet designed to help you compare Metcon workouts effectively.

  • Total Completed Rounds

  • Total Completed Reps

  • Total reps per round

  • Estimated Volume Load (kg)

  • Workout length (mins).


It also supports different types of MetCon formats, such as AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible), Chippers (a series of exercises in order), and timed rounds.
