Need help with your strength and Conditioning Programme? I help to design, build, and customise your programme with you. This could be the programming itself or what, when and how to monitor with Google Sheets and Excel

whether you work face to face with athletes or prefer on line coaching, it can be hard and time consuming, right? Take away stress and save time by letting me help and guide the build. Previously I have helped people:

  • Track performance of athletes and teams and compare individuals to group averages or their own personal bests.

  • Build programmes that respond to athletes results and progress their training automatically

  • Create dashboards and report cards to easily present data to sports coaches, athletes and parents.

  • Calculate performance and prescription metrics,  such as estimated 1 rep max's, peak height velocity,  max aerobic speed, power output etc.

  • Track and analyse coaching sessions, attendance, and finances.
